We've all felt shame at times, and many of us live in some level of constant shame, even if it's in the background, or hidden from our view. What exactly is shame? What causes it? What effects does it have on our experience of Life? And how can we be free?

Letting Go, Part 2: Guilt and Blame

Almost every person, whether they know it or not, blames someone or something for at least some of their inner suffering, and most of us have battled at some time with guilt. Are these two separate things, or are they one and the same? Are they justified, or destructive? And what can we do to be free from their control?

Letting Go, Part 1: Fear

We have all faced fear, and many dwell constantly in some type of fear, whether of saying the wrong thing, falling to temptation, losing a relationship, losing ourselves or a loved one to death, financial circumstances, or sickness or disease. But the Scriptures tell us to "fear not." Is that even possible? If so, how?

Today we turn to the Scriptures and consider the proven path to becoming free from all fear.

Is death a horrible thing that we should mentally and emotionally fight, as futile as that is? What does our fear of death reveal to us? And how do we handle the death of the unsaved?

Snow - Love it or Hate it? - Finding Peace

Some people love snow, and others hate it. Many people seem miserable as they share their discontent with others, and beg for summer to come. Others are simply silent, and their fighting or acceptance are unknown and uninteresting to the human mind.

Is the wintery weather the cause of their suffering? Or is the real cause of their winter-time blues something more within their ability to overcome?

This is a brief spontaneous talk about finding, in any and every circumstance, true and unbroken Peace.
